Six ways to get you moving. One chart, one team.

Chiropractic, nutrition, massage, cold laser, orthotics and physiotherapy under one roof, so the people treating you are working from the same exam and the same plan.

Not sure which one you need?

Start with a chiropractic exam. Your doctor will tell you which of these, if any, belongs in your plan, and will refer you out if none of them do.

What a first visit looks like →

01 · Chiropractic care

Find the cause. Fix the mechanics. Keep it fixed.

A first visit is a conversation and an exam before it is an adjustment. Dr. Klinner and Dr. Paul look at how your spine and joints are moving, explain what they find in plain language, and treat the same day when it's appropriate. You decide what happens next.

Techniques we use

From firm manual adjusting to instrument-assisted and no-twist options. The technique fits the patient, not the other way around.

02 · Clinical nutrition & functional medicine

When the problem isn't in your spine.

Low energy, poor digestion, stubborn inflammation, trouble sleeping. Some of what walks through our door isn't a joint problem. Clinical nutrition looks at what you eat and absorb; functional medicine looks for the pattern underneath the symptoms. Together they give us a plan when adjusting alone isn't the answer.

1
Health history and goalsA longer conversation than a chiropractic intake: diet, sleep, stress, digestion, medications, what you've already tried.
2
Assessment, and lab work when it helpsWhere it's useful, we recommend testing to look for nutritional deficiencies and food sensitivities rather than guessing.
3
A plan you can actually followFood first. Targeted supplementation where it's warranted. Lifestyle changes sized to real life, with follow-ups to adjust.

Often a fit for

  • Digestive complaints and suspected food sensitivities
  • Fatigue that hasn't been explained
  • Inflammation that keeps a joint or injury from settling down
  • Weight, blood sugar and energy goals
  • Patients who want a food-first plan alongside their chiropractic care

What it isn't

Not a replacement for your primary care provider, and not a diagnosis of disease. We work alongside your physician, share findings when you ask us to, and refer when something is outside our scope.

Coverage for nutrition consults varies by plan. Ask the front desk about rates and insurance when you book.

03 · Massage therapy

Licensed massage therapists. Open to everyone.

You don't have to be a chiropractic patient to book a massage here. Our therapists work on their own or alongside your doctor, so soft tissue and joints get addressed in the same visit when that's the plan. Relaxation or therapeutic, your call.

Each therapist lists her own specialties on her page. Book by therapist if you have a preference, or let the front desk match you.

04 · MLS cold laser

Drug-free help for pain and inflammation.

MLS (Multiwave Locked System) laser therapy uses two synchronized wavelengths of light to reach deeper tissue than a single-wavelength laser. Sessions are painless and short, and it's often added to a chiropractic or rehab plan when a joint, tendon or muscle is slow to settle down.

1
Exam firstLaser is prescribed, not sold. Your doctor decides whether it belongs in your plan and for how many sessions.
2
Short sessionsMost treatments take a few minutes per area. You'll feel little or nothing during the session.
3
A defined courseTypically a series of visits over a few weeks, re-evaluated as you go rather than open-ended.

Commonly used for

  • Joint pain and arthritis-related stiffness
  • Tendon and ligament injuries: sprains, strains, tendonitis
  • Plantar fasciitis and heel pain
  • Post-injury swelling and soft-tissue recovery
  • Neck and low-back pain alongside adjustments

Good to know

Non-invasive, no downtime, no medication. Results build over a course of treatment rather than in one session. Ask the front desk about per-session and package rates and whether your plan covers it.

05 · Foot Levelers orthotics

Everything above the ankle stands on the feet.

Flat arches or uneven feet change how your knees, hips and low back carry weight, and an adjustment won't hold if the foundation keeps shifting. Foot Levelers custom orthotics are built from a 3D scan of your feet taken here in the clinic, and made for the shoes you actually wear.

2
Review with your doctorThe scan shows arch collapse and imbalance side by side. You see exactly why we're recommending them, or why we're not.
3
Custom build and fittingOrthotics are made to your scan and your shoe type, then fitted and adjusted here.

Worth a scan if you have

  • Plantar fasciitis, heel spurs or chronic foot fatigue
  • Knee, hip or low-back pain that returns after treatment
  • A job that keeps you on concrete all day
  • Visibly flat feet or shoes that wear unevenly
  • Kids with flat arches or in-toeing

Insurance

Some plans cover custom orthotics with documentation. Our front desk will check your benefits and handle the paperwork with you before anything is ordered.

06 · Physiotherapy & rehab

The work that makes the adjustment hold.

An adjustment restores motion. Rehab teaches the muscles around the joint to keep it there. Our physiotherapy program is built into chiropractic care, not sold separately, and it's what gets you back to work, the field or the farm with less chance of a repeat visit.

Tools in the program

Your doctor picks from these based on the exam. The goal is a short home program you will actually do, not a page of exercises.

Who it's for

  • Recovering from an injury, a surgery or a long layoff
  • Athletes: in-season maintenance and return-to-play
  • Work injuries and repetitive-strain cases
  • Chronic pain patients who want to stop relying on visits alone

Start with the exam. We'll tell you the rest.

One visit sorts out which of these belongs in your plan. Book online, call, or walk in during clinic hours.
